An average one to three-minute explainer animation takes around four weeks to complete. Within this time frame, we allow time for the creative process and feedback rounds for your team to review the work and give feedback before the next stage commences.

I can be booked out from three to six weeks in advance. So if you have a firm deadline, please reach out as early as possible.

Unlike live-action content,you’re not just filming what’s in front of you. You’re building a whole visual world from the ground up. This takes time, attention to detail, and a wide range of creative skills across storyboarding, style development, animating and editing. But animation also offers creative freedom you won’t getwith other formats. It lets you visualise abstract ideas, explain complex topics, or create a unique style that makes your brand instantly recognisable.So, it can be an investment, but one that works hard for you. A single well-made animation can explain what pages of text can’t. It can educate, build trust, and keep working for your brand for years.

Yes, I have a minimum engagement fee of $250 +GST, please enquire for a quote.

At each major stage of the process (eg, style development, storyboarding and illustration, animation), you have a chance to review, request changes, and approve the project before it moves forward. I devise my engagement process to produce very comprehensive, accurate briefs so we all have a solid understanding of the direction from the start.

Yes, subtitles are provided as standard with all scripted animations. I provide them as burnt-in and separate SRT files, with instructions on how to use them.
